Flight 93 Memorial & Johnstown, PA

The Flight 93 National Memorial is a memorial built to

commemorate the crash of United Airlines Flight 93, which was one of

four aircraft hijacked during the September 11 attacks in 2001

 

The Johnstown Flood National Memorial is a unit of the

United States National Park Service. Established in 1964 through

legislation signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson, it pays tribute to

the thousands of victims of the Johnstown Flood, who were injured or

killed on May 31, 1889 when the South Fork Dam rupture

 

The Johnstown Inclined Plane is a 896.5-foot funicular in

Johnstown, Cambria County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The

incline and its two stations connect the city of Johnstown, situated in a

valley at the confluence of the Stonycreek and the Little Conemaugh

rivers, to the borough of Westmont on Yoder Hill

7:00am - Saint Clair - C&R Bus Garage - TOUR Parking on right side of building

7:30am - Hamburg Walmart - Bottom end of Row 2

 

Arrival Information:

 

Fast Food Stop on enroute for a quick breakfast "30mins"

 

Arrive approx 11:00 am Flight 93 Memorial - you will have free time here until 12:30

Dpart the flight 93 Memorial at 12:30

 

Arive at the Johnstown Flood Museum at 1:15pm and you will be on your own here until 2:30pm

 

we will then walk 3 blocks to the Johnstown Inclined Plane - Our dinner will be at the top of the plane at approx 3:00pm - Dinner is at Asiago's Italian Restaraunt

Dinner is incldued and we will you have several choices to choose from at the restarunt and you will order that day at the table, Includes Soup or Salad, Entree, Drinks, and Dessert No stops enroute home
