C&R Bus Tours is committed to providing accessible travel for all passengers. We comply with Transportation for Individuals with Disabilities; Reasonable Modification of Policies and Practices (49 CFR Parts 27 and 37) to ensure equal access to our services. We welcome and encourage individuals with disabilities and seniors to travel with us.

Our goal is to make every trip with C&R Bus Tours safe, comfortable, and accessible. Our Drivers and Customer Service Representatives are trained and ready to assist passengers with disabilities.
To help us prepare, please notify us at the time of reservationor at least 48 hours before travelregarding any specific assistance or accommodation you may need.
Our drivers can assist with:
Boarding and deboarding
Stowing and retrieving luggage
Handling mobility devices
We can assist passengers traveling alone, with a personal care attendant, or accompanied by a service animal. The more information you share with us, the better prepared we will be to meet your needs.
Passengers requiring additional assistance should arrive early to allow adequate time for storing mobility aids or operating lift-equipped buses.
Lift-Equipped Vehicles & Wheelchair Seating
Passengers using wheelchairs should contact a reservation specialist at least 48 hours before travel to review vehicle options and requirements. If advance notice is not possible, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.
When requesting service for a lift-equipped vehicle, please provide:
Wheelchair/scooter type
Dimensions
Total combined weight (device + passenger)
C&R lift-equipped coaches can accommodate up to two wheelchairs or scooters per vehicle. If you prefer not to remain in your mobility device during travel, we will provide seating on board and stow your wheelchair or scooter in the baggage compartment at no additional cost.

Mobility Devices
Larger mobility devices (foldable scooters, walkers, etc.) may be stored in the luggage bay. If the device weighs more than 50 lbs, please inform us at booking so a ramp can be arranged.
Smaller mobility aids (canes, crutches, etc.) may be carried on board and stored in overhead bins or under the seat. If they do not fit safely in these areas, they must be stowed beneath the coach.
A driver or Tour Director will assist you in accessing these items as needed.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome aboard C&R Bus Tours. They must remain at the passengers seat, may not sit in seats, and must not block aisles.
C&R Bus Tours may refuse travel to any animal that poses a direct threat to passengers, drivers, or employees.
Medical Oxygen & Medications
Portable oxygen and respirators may travel with you under the following guidelines:
Up to four (4) canisters are permitted
Two (2) on board
Two (2) in the baggage compartment
Each canister must not exceed 4.5 inches in diameter or 26 inches in length
Canisters stored under the coach must be in protective cases with safety caps
Total oxygen weight in cargo may not exceed federal limits (99 lbs.)
Passengers using Portable Oxygen Concentrators are welcome but must ensure sufficient battery supply for the entire trip. Even if the coach has electrical outlets, backup batteries are required.
All medications must be kept in carry-on luggage for accessibility during travel. Medication should never be stored under the coach.
