CHARTER VEHICLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rates, Roads, and Operating Conditions
Rates and charges apply to trips conducted over first-class roads, including paved, oiled, macadam, or other roads suitable for safe vehicle operation without undue wear at the time of travel.
C & R VIP, Inc. is not liable for delays caused by accidents, equipment failure, road conditions, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond its control. While every effort is made to meet requested pickup and drop-off times, arrival and departure times are not guaranteed.
2. Schedule Changes and Route Modifications
If the chartering party requests changes to the original itinerary, including rerouting, additional side trips, or trip extensions, additional charges may apply based on availability at the time of the request.
All changes to the original contract must be approved through the C & R VIP, Inc. office.
3. Passenger Conduct and Safety
The driver and/or hostess reserves the right to remove any passenger who is disruptive, abusive, or poses a safety risk to others. Such individuals may be discharged at a public location with access to shelter and a telephone. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion. The chartering party accepts responsibility for any injuries that occur when passengers are unseated and agrees to indemnify C & R VIP, Inc. against any related legal claims.
4. Personal Belongings
C & R VIP, Inc. is not responsible for luggage or personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the vehicle.
5. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all C & R VIP, Inc. vehicles.
6. Deposits, Payments, and Cancellations
A deposit of 10% of the total trip cost or $100, whichever is greater, is required.
The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to departure.
Reservations made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 29 to 7 days prior to departure will incur a 50% penalty of the total charter cost.
This penalty is not transferable to another date unless approved by C & R VIP, Inc. management on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
7. Charter Changes
All charter changes must be submitted via email or fax and confirmed by phone, email, or fax at least 10 days prior to departure. Acceptance of changes is not guaranteed.
8. Equipment and Damages
The chartering party is responsible for any damage to seats, windows, or other vehicle components caused by members of their group. Repair costs will be charged accordingly.
A valid credit card must be on file prior to departure to cover any such charges.
Operation of onboard electronic amenities (PA systems, radios, monitors, video equipment, etc.) is not guaranteed.
9. Regulatory Compliance
C & R VIP, Inc. complies with all applicable Federal Hours of Service regulations governing driver operations.
