C&R Bus Tours Policies & Travel Information
RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are required for all C&R Bus Tours. For each reservation, passengers must provide a cell phone number, address, and email address (if available). A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Please bring a valid photo ID on all tours.
Multi-Day Tours
A 10% per person deposit is due within 10 days of making a reservation.
The balance is due six weeks prior to departure, unless otherwise noted on the itinerary.
Special room requests must be made more than 45 days prior to departure and cannot be guaranteed.
Every C&R Bus Tour involves walking; all passengers must be physically able to maintain the tour schedule.
One-Day Tours
A 10% per person deposit is due within 10 days of making a reservation.
Full payment is due within 45 days prior to departure
Most one-day tours require significant walking.
DEPARTURE POINTS
There is no charge for parking at any departure location. However, C&R Bus Tours and the departure areas are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or their contents.
Check your itinerary for available departures and exact times. Schedules are arranged according to direction and customer reservations and are subject to change.

PRICES INCLUDE
Sightseeing and admissions listed in the itinerary.
(No refund is available for unused sightseeing, admissions, or meals.)
Accommodations and baggage handling on multi-day tours.
Meals, when included, will be noted on the itinerary.
Alcoholic beverages are not included unless stated otherwise.
Tickets and scheduled entertainers are subject to change and are beyond the control of C&R Bus Tours.
SEATING
Seats are assigned at the time of reservation and will be held for 10 days pending payment.
C&R Bus Tours reserves the right to change assigned seating for any reason.
PASSENGER TRANSPORT & SAFETY
Tour Vehicles
Our modern coaches are equipped with air-conditioning, lavatory, reclining seats, air-ride suspension, stereo, DVD, WiFi, outlets, and PA system. A wheelchair lift is available upon request.
Operation of coach amenities cannot be guaranteed.
Passenger Accommodations (Accessibility)
C&R Bus Transportation operates in full compliance with 49 CFR Parts 27 & 37 (Transportation for Individuals with Disabilities). We welcome passengers traveling alone, with a personal care attendant, or with a service animal.
Passengers needing extra assistance should arrive early to allow time for storing mobility aids and operating the wheelchair lift.
Mobility devices accommodated include wheelchairs, scooters, rollators, canes, crutches, and service/comfort animals.
Wellness Travel Protocol
All staff and drivers are trained in enhanced cleaning and handling procedures. Passengers who are sick or exhibiting symptoms should not travel.
Departure Times
Passengers must report at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Tours cannot wait for late arrivals.
Destination Departures
Return departures will be from the location and time specified by the tour director or driver.
Passengers must report at least 15 minutes prior.
Tour Directors
Tour Directors:
Inform passengers of times and meeting locations
Collect tickets, distribute keys, and reconfirm reservations
They are not licensed guides, personal assistants, or medical personnel.
They are off duty after arriving at destinations and distributing keys/tickets, and during free time and meals.
Gratuities
Tips for bellmen, baggage handlers, and dining room personnel (for included meals) are included.
Gratuities are not included on riverboat cruises or cruise ships.
Tips for C&R Bus drivers and tour directors are voluntary and at the passengers discretion.
Customary guideline: $2$5 per person, per day.
Baggage
One suitcase per passenger (maximum 40 lbs)
One small carry-on that fits in overhead compartments
Baggage insurance is recommended.
C&R Bus Tours is not liable for lost or damaged luggage.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the coach and in the coach lavatory.
Comfort stops will be provided.
Alcohol is not permitted on the motor coach.
Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to travel.
Proof of Citizenship
U.S. citizens entering Canada must have a passport or passport card.
If you are denied entry to Canada or the U.S., all additional expenses are your responsibility.
No refund will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
RESPONSIBILITY
C&R Bus Tours acts only as an agent and is not liable for damage, injury, loss, or accidents to persons or property.
We reserve the right to:
Make itinerary changes
Substitute accommodations, meals, or attractions of equal value
Cancel or refuse service with a full refund
Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
For safety, children should be at least 4 years old and not require a car seat.
All passengers must pay the transportation fare.

Travel Cancellation & Medical Insurance is recommended for all overnight tours and must be purchased no later than 10 days prior to the trip.
One-Day Tour Cancellation
NO Refunds will be given for any show or tours where tickets have been purchased in advance. We will attempt to sell your tickets and or seat for a possible refund. NO REFUNDS will be given on any non-sold seats or tickets
Before 30 Days any one day tours that do not involve tickets or admissions will be refunded minus a $5 handling fee
8-29 Days cancellations will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee
Cancellations less than 7 Days prior to departure receive no refund, credit, or transfer.
Multi-Day, Motor Coach, Cruise & Air Tour Cancellation
Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: Full Refund minus any non-refundable payments made on your behalf.
Cancellations within 45 Days - $50.00 Per Person cancellation Charge
Cancellations within 30 days of departure: Subject to a 10% service fee per person, plus loss of any non-refundable vendor fees.
Cancellations less than 48 business hours before departure: No refund, credit, or transfer.
Air, and cruise cancellation policies may vary and would be listed on each itinerary.
Travel cancellation and medical insurance is strongly recommended.
Emergency / Weather Cancellations
If transportation is cancelled for circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of transportation cost.
Tickets, meals, and hotel accommodations may not be refundable depending on vendor policy.
