Enjoy 4 Nights & 5 Days in Beautiful Kentucky !

Day 1 – Sunday, June 8

Arrival & Check-In – Louisville, KY

Welcome to Louisville! Upon arrival, check in for a comfortable four-night stay at the Drury Inn East. Settle in, unwind, and get ready to enjoy all that this vibrant city has to offer over the coming days.

This evening, be sure to take advantage of the Drury Inn’s 5:30 Kickback® – a relaxing way to ease into your trip with complimentary food, drinks, and friendly hospitality. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow travelers and enjoy your first evening in Kentucky

Day 2 – Monday, June 8

All About the Wood – A Bourbon & Baseball Experience

This morning kicks off with a grand slam at the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, where you'll enjoy the award-winning “All About the Wood” package. Go behind the scenes on a fascinating factory tour to see how the iconic bats are made, and explore the world-class museum gallery celebrating America’s favorite pastime.

Right next door, you’ll head into the world of bourbon with Louisville’s only custom bourbon blending experience at Barrels & Billets. Learn about bourbon's complex flavors and create a blend that’s uniquely your own.

Next, continue your bourbon journey with a guided tour of the Old Forester Distillery—a deep dive into the history and craftsmanship of Louisville’s hometown bourbon. From fermentation to bottling, you’ll witness every step of the process. (Tasting included for guests 21+; pending availability.)

After some free time for lunch in downtown Louisville, the afternoon features a visit to the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience. This immersive attraction includes a working artisanal distillery and guided historical tour, highlighting the story of Kentucky’s first licensed distiller. You’ll even enjoy a Mint Julep demonstration—a classic cocktail with deep Kentucky roots.

Tonight, dinner is included at a local Louisville restaurant. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal as you reflect on a day rich with flavor and history

Day 3 – Tuesday, June 9

A Bluegrass Blend of Tradition, Taste, and Timeless Charm

Morning at Keeneland

Begin your day with breakfast at the historic Keeneland Race Track, a crown jewel of the Bluegrass region and one of the most beautiful racetracks in the world.

After breakfast, enjoy the Keeneland Morning Works Tour. Led by a knowledgeable guide, this behind-the-scenes experience offers insight into both the racing and sales operations. Stroll through the Paddock and Grandstand, explore the picturesque grounds, and—when available—visit the world-renowned Sales Pavilion where million-dollar deals are made.

Lunch at The Woodford Inn

Next, travel to nearby Versailles, KY, for a delicious lunch at The Woodford Inn. This charming historic property was once the Cleveland House—originally established in 1865 as a home for orphaned girls and now proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy the inviting atmosphere and Southern hospitality in this storied setting.

Woodford Reserve Distillery Tour

After lunch, explore the craftsmanship behind one of Kentucky’s most beloved bourbons on a guided tour of the Woodford Reserve Distillery. Learn about the five sources of flavor that make this bourbon unique, as well as the distilling and bottling process. End your tour with a tasting of their award-winning bourbon in the visitor center

Day 4 – Wednesday, June 11

From Run for the Roses to Rebellion Spirits

Kentucky Derby Museum Tour

This morning, dive into the heart-pounding history and pageantry of one of America’s greatest sporting events with a visit to the Kentucky Derby Museum at Churchill Downs. Your group will enjoy full access to two floors of interactive exhibits, where you can relive the traditions, triumphs, and thrills of the Derby.

A highlight of your visit is “The Greatest Race”—a 360°, 18-minute media experience that captures the spirit, speed, and spectacle of Derby Day. You’ll feel the thunder of hooves and the roar of the crowd as this immersive film brings the race to life in unforgettable fashion.

Prohibition Craft Spirits Tour

This afternoon, travel back in time to the Roaring Twenties with a Prohibition-themed tour at Prohibition Craft Spirits (PCS Distilling Co.). Step into a world of speakeasies and moonshine as you explore authentic bootlegging tools, rare historical artifacts, and gripping stories of the Prohibition era’s underground liquor trade.

You’ll also get a firsthand look at how PCS continues the tradition of small-batch, handcrafted spirits today—and discover how much (or how little!) has changed since the 1920s.

After the tour, enjoy a tasting at their bar, where you’ll have the chance to sample a variety of house-made spirits, including "NULU™"—a Blue Agave Reposado, imported from Mexico and aged in bourbon barrels right here in Louisville.

Dinner at a Local Restaurant

This evening, gather for your final group dinner at a local Louisville restaurant (included). It’s the perfect time to share stories, raise a glass, and toast the unforgettable experiences you’ve enjoyed throughout the week
